I'm a freelance ReactJS developer with 20+ years of software development experience. I build fast, scalable React applications, dashboards, and SaaS interfaces with TypeScript, clean component architecture, and reliable REST or GraphQL integration, paired with Laravel or Node.js backends when you need a complete solution. I work remotely with clients in Nepal and worldwide.

If you need a React application built, improved, or rescued, you will work directly with me. I am a freelance ReactJS developer in Nepal with more than 20 years in software development, and React is one of the main tools I use for the front end of web applications. There is no account manager and no handover between people.
Most of the React development projects I take on are dashboards, admin panels, SaaS product interfaces, customer portals, and online tools where the screen has to respond instantly. I also fix existing React apps that have become slow, hard to change, or full of bugs nobody wants to touch.
I build with TypeScript, keep components small and reusable, and connect the front end to your backend through clean REST or GraphQL APIs. If you do not have a backend yet, I can build that as well with Laravel or Node.js, so the whole product comes from one person who understands both sides.
React works best when the interface is interactive and changes often. These are the kinds of products I build with it.
Tables, charts, filters, and forms that stay quick even with a lot of data. This is the most common React project I work on, and the one where React earns its place.
Sign-up, subscriptions, roles, settings, and the daily screens your customers live in.
Secure areas where customers see orders, invoices, and their own data.
Product lists, carts, checkout, and booking flows connected to your backend.
Live data, notifications, and chat, usually paired with a Node.js backend.
A set of reusable buttons, forms, tables, and layouts, so new screens are built faster and the whole product looks consistent.
Rewriting a jQuery or server-rendered interface in React one screen at a time, so the product keeps working while it is modernized.
A React app usually feels slow for a few predictable reasons. Most of the work is avoiding them from the start.
function OrdersTable() {
const { data, isLoading } = useQuery({
queryKey: ['orders'],
queryFn: fetchOrders,
});
if (isLoading) return <TableSkeleton />;
return <DataTable rows={data} />;
}
Small, typed components that fetch and cache their own data are much easier to test and to change later.
React isn't automatically the best fit for every project, but it's a strong choice when these things matter to you.
Build a piece of UI once, use it across the whole application without copy-pasting markup.
React updates only the parts of the page that actually changed, which keeps interactions feeling instant.
Mature libraries already exist for routing, forms, data fetching, and state, so I'm not reinventing basics.
Strong typing catches mistakes before they reach production, especially valuable as an app grows.
React knowledge carries over to React Native if a mobile app becomes part of the plan later.
React is widely known, so if you ever bring in another developer or team, they won't need to learn an obscure framework first.
Fixing an existing React project is a big part of my work. These are the problems I see most often, and what I usually do about them.
What you notice
Usual cause: too many components redraw when nothing they show has changed.
What I do: move state closer to where it is used, memoize only the parts that need it, and virtualize long lists.
What you notice
Usual cause: one large JavaScript bundle, often with a heavy library imported for a single feature.
What I do: split code by route, lazy-load heavy components, and replace or trim oversized libraries.
What you notice
Usual cause: requests that wait for each other, or the same data fetched again and again.
What I do: run independent requests in parallel and cache server data, so screens open instantly the second time.
What you notice
Usual cause: giant components, props passed down through many levels, and no types to catch mistakes.
What I do: refactor step by step with smaller components and TypeScript, adding tests around the parts that would hurt most if they broke.
Next.js is a framework built on top of React. Both use the same skills, but they suit different projects, and picking the right one early saves rework.
Not sure which one you need? Tell me about your project and I will recommend one. You can also read about my Next.js development service.
Four steps, and you can see real progress along the way.
We go through the screens, the users, and the data. I suggest a simple plan and send a quote for a clearly defined scope.
I set up the project, the component structure, and the main layouts. I can work from your Figma files or propose a clean interface.
I build screen by screen and share working versions early, so you react to real screens and not to descriptions.
I test the important flows, deploy the app, and stay available for fixes and the next round of features.
A small app or dashboard often takes a few weeks. Larger products are better built in phases, so you get something usable early. I give you a realistic timeline once I understand the scope.
I quote per project after we talk. For bigger products I suggest building in phases, so you can start with the most valuable part first. These are the things that decide the price.
Screens and features
How many screens, and how complex each one is
Backend and API
Using an existing API, or building a new one
Design
Ready designs, or design work included
Integrations
Payments, maps, real-time updates, and third-party services
Support
Fixes and new features after launch
Send me a short description of what you want to build and I will reply with an honest estimate.
You get one person who is accountable for the result, from the first conversation to the deployed app.
You talk to the person who writes the code, so questions get straight answers and nothing gets lost in a chain of messages.
I also build backends with Laravel, Node.js, and CodeIgniter, so the React app and the API are designed together and fit each other.
Speed is planned into the structure of the app, not patched in when users start complaining.
Readable, typed code in a repository under your own account, so another developer can pick it up later without a rewrite.
If WordPress, Next.js, or a simple HTML site fits your project better than a React app, I will tell you.
It depends on the number of screens, the backend work, and any integrations. A small dashboard costs much less than a full SaaS product. After we talk I send a quote for a clear scope, and for bigger products I suggest building in phases.
A small app or dashboard often takes a few weeks. Larger products take longer and are built in phases so you can use the first part early. I give you a realistic timeline once I have seen the requirements.
Use plain React for dashboards, internal tools, and apps behind a login, where search engines do not matter. Choose Next.js when your pages need to rank on Google, such as marketing sites, blogs, and product pages. If you are unsure, describe your project and I will recommend one.
Yes. I use TypeScript for new React projects by default. It catches many mistakes before they reach your users and makes the code easier for the next developer to understand.
Yes. I start by measuring the app to find what is really slow or fragile, then give you a list of problems in order of impact. Often a few targeted changes make a big difference and a full rewrite is not needed.
Yes. I connect React to REST or GraphQL APIs built with Laravel, Node.js, PHP, or any other backend. If you do not have a backend yet, I can build it as well.
A plain React single-page app can be indexed, but it is not the best base for pages that must rank. For public content I usually recommend Next.js, which renders pages on the server. For dashboards and tools behind a login, plain React is fine.
Yes. React Native apps are part of my mobile app development service. If you already have a React web app, some of the logic and structure can be reused.
I work with other front end and backend technologies too. If your project needs something different, one of these may suit it better.
Tell me what you want to build, or what is wrong with your current React app. I will reply personally with honest advice and an estimate, and you will be talking to the developer who writes the code.
